Overview:
Kingswood U.S. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Wealth Management team as a Junior Associate. In this role, you will work closely with senior financial advisors to support the day-to-day operations of client accounts, participate in investment planning discussions, and help deliver a high standard of service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior advisors with client servicing, including account maintenance, portfolio reviews, and meeting preparation
- Assist in developing financial plans and investment proposals
- Monitor and report on account performance and investment activity
- Conduct research on investment products, market trends, and planning strategies
- Help manage CRM data, internal documentation, and compliance records
- Participate in team meetings and client interactions as appropriate
- Coordinate with internal operations, trading, and compliance teams as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial services or wealth management
- Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses required
- Strong interest in wealth management and personal finance
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear communication, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial tools
- Ability to work full-time, in-office, Monday through Friday

The position offers a starting salary of $80,000, with additional compensation tied directly to production and performance-based bonuses. In addition, this role provides a direct path to equity ownership in a book of business.
