The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the company. The CEO will be responsible for driving growth, maintaining financial health, developing our team, and ensuring that our company operates with integrity and focus. This role requires both high-level vision and hands-on execution. The CEO will partner closely with the firm’s founders to ensure the business grows in a best-in-class fashion while maintaining its strong client focus, unique investing philosophy, and strong reputation in the region.
Mission
The CEO’s mission is to build and operate the company’s growth engine — designing and executing a long-term growth plan, establishing a disciplined operating cadence, and systematically identifying and removing roadblocks to growth. The CEO will ensure the company can achieve sustainable double-digit growth while maintaining strong financial performance, exceptional service, and a people-first culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy in alignment with the Founders’ intentions and Board’s direction.
- Growth Engine Development: Architect and lead a growth plan with clear milestones and KPIs; drive rhythm and accountability across the business; track leading and lagging indicators to ensure momentum.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Financial Oversight: Own the P&L; manage budgets, financial performance, and operating capital allocation to support sustainable growth.
- Barrier Removal: Anticipate, identify, and resolve organizational, capacity, operational, or market challenges that could hinder growth.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team; foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with customers, partners, employees, and the Board.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure the company operates in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience, ideally as a CEO, President, P&L or Program owner or senior executive in a small to mid-size business.
- Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering growth plans.
- Strong financial acumen and operational management skills.
- Ability to establish operating systems and rhythms that align teams and drive measurable results.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and decision-making abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of overcoming obstacles to achieve growth.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.

Location: On site
Salary: 180-200k base plus bonus (~80-100k)
