About the Role
As a Client Services Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and advisors. Your responsibilities will include handling day-to-day client requests such as money movement, beneficiary updates, and account transfers. You will also assist advisors with new account openings and the onboarding process to ensure a seamless client experience.
This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive back-office investment operations support to financial advisors and their clients through a Salesforce tasking system.
- Facilitate the account opening process, including new account setup and annuity applications.
- Process money movement requests, account transfer submissions, address changes, client distributions (including RMDs), and client contributions/deposits.
- Manage and resolve general client service requests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with custodial partners, including Fidelity, to ensure seamless processing and issue resolution.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of Alternative Investment subscription documents.
- Partner with the trading and billing teams to ensure accounts are properly established and maintained in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and streamline workflows.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000 (commensurate with experience)
