About the Role
The firm is seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) who will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to clients while providing operational and administrative support to the advisory team. Acting as a liaison between clients and advisors, this role ensures client requests are addressed promptly and accurately while contributing to an outstanding client experience. The CSA directly supports the work of Wealth Advisors by managing service workflows and creating capacity for deeper client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for client service requests, supporting their needs with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare and process account paperwork and service requests, including money movement, new account openings, transfers, rollovers, and account updates.
- Communicate with clients, prospects, and the advisory team verbally and in writing to ensure timely, accurate, and professional service.
- Manage client information by maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and other technology platforms, organizing files, and securely handling documentation.
- Prepare reports and documentation in support of client meetings.
- Assist with projects designed to enhance the client experience, including firm-hosted events and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold the firm’s high standards of service, compliance, and fiduciary care.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum associate degree with at least five years of experience in financial services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and cloud-based environments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Team-oriented, collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in a small company environment.
