About the Role
As a Client Service Associate, you will play an essential role in delivering NorthRock’s Personal Office® experience. You will serve as a consistent and trusted point of contact for clients and their families, partnering closely with Advisors and internal teams to ensure seamless, proactive service. This is a high-visibility role where attention to detail, responsiveness, and communication are key.
What You Will Do
- Provide high-touch service and timely support to clients and their families
- Collaborate with Advisors and internal teams to execute financial planning, lifestyle, and administrative service requests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce
- Coordinate with clients’ external professionals (e.g., attorneys, accountants, custodians) to fulfill requests and resolve matters
- Review and interpret client documentation to facilitate account updates and planning needs
- Support custom projects and client service initiatives by tracking deliverables and managing timelines
- Contribute to process improvement and the evolution of operational best practices
- Apply new technologies introduced by the firm to enhance client experience and service efficiency
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal data retention policies
- Participate in firm-wide and departmental training to deepen technical expertise
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant experience
- 2–5 years of professional experience, preferably in financial services, wealth management, or a related field
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple iOS mobile systems

- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Background Check: Successful completion of a credit and criminal background check is required
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated base pay salary rate for this role is $64,000 - $91,000 per year. Base salaries are determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, depending on the role, many roles are eligible for variable pay such as bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives. Work Conditions
- Physical Requirements: This role requires occasional physical activity such as lifting, moving, and setting up computer equipment (monitors, docking stations, desktops, etc.). Ability to lift up to 25 pounds may be necessary.
- Repetitive Duties: The position involves extended periods of sitting and computer use, as well as repetitive tasks related to troubleshooting and data entry.
- On-Site Presence: While much of the work is performed from a desk or workstation, occasional movement throughout the office is required to provide in-person technical support and attend meetings.
