Job Title: Investment Advisor
Reports To: CEO
Location: 300 South 4th Street, Suite 1015, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101
Salary Range: $87,000 - $180,000 total compensation
Status: Full-Time and in-person
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and service.
- Ability to connect with any audience and speak to any audience (from novice to advanced) about capital markets, investment policy statements, investment portfolios, alternative investments, asset allocation, performance metrics, spending policies, as well as the Firm’s proprietary investment strategies.
- Analyze client financial situations and assist in creating customized Investment Policy Statements aligned with the client’s goals, risk tolerance, time horizon, and budget adaptations.
- Work closely with the Investment Team as they implement the Investment Policy Statement and investment strategy in client portfolios.
- Lead performance reporting and portfolio review meetings with client’s Investment Committee, Board of Directors, and leadership on a quarterly basis
- Collaborate with the Firm’s investment committee and research team to stay informed on market developments and strategy shifts.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals
- Continually looking for opportunities to refine deliverables and product development based on client needs.
- Ensure all advisory activities are in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., SEC, FINRA) and internal policies.
- Maintain detailed records in CRM and portfolio management systems, and have personal accountability for client deadlines and deliverables, as well as anticipation of future client needs.
- Support business development efforts by generating referrals and identifying new advisory opportunities.
- Speak intelligently to clients about fund development strategies - which requires knowledge of UHNW tax strategy, and charitable planning experience.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and keen attention to detail.
- Works well under pressure, works well with minimal supervision, works well with established teams.
- CFP®, CFA®, CIMA®, or similar designation strongly preferred or in progress.
- Series 65 required
- Minimum 7 years of experience in investment advisory or wealth management.
- Deep understanding of capital markets, portfolio analysis and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency with portfolio analysis tools (e.g., Morningstar, Black Diamond, YCharts, Advyzon).
