Execute actions to establish new accounts or maintain existing accounts accurately and on time. Coordinate projects, training, and process improvements to enhance office operations. Manage multiple projects professionally while overseeing objectives and ensuring quality control.

What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in financial services or banking industry required.
- Knowledge of financial advisor office tools such as Orion, Goldmine, Redtail, or Salesforce preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Access, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to compile statistics and reports accurately.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with precision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire for continual personal and professional growth.

The total rewards expected for this role include:
- Starting annual base salary between $65,000 - $81,250.
- Variable compensation potential (Bonus and/or commissions)
