We are seeking a personable, proactive, and detail-oriented Associate Advisor to join our team. This on-site position based in our Vancouver, WA office (not remote or hybrid) focuses on strengthening client relationships, delivering exceptional service to a defined group of clients, and supporting Senior Advisors/Management to ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with an assigned group of clients, delivering personalized, high-quality service.
- Support Senior Advisors/Management by assisting with, and at times executing, steps in the client service process.
- Participate in client meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-up tasks are completed.
- Drive client satisfaction, loyalty, and referrals through exceptional service and trusted relationships.
- Prospect within the existing client base and warm leads to support business development efforts.
- Work with and collaborate closely with colleagues across portfolio management, operations, and planning to prepare materials and deliver flawless client experiences.
- Track client interactions and activities in the firm’s CRM system.
- Stay up to date on industry regulations, market trends, and best practices in wealth management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with special projects and firm initiatives that support client retention and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (preferred).
- Active Series 65 license required.
- Clean U4 record.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management or sales within financial services.
- CFP® preferred, or commitment to earing the designation within 2–3 years of hire.
- Solid knowledge of financial planning and investment concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative, client-first mindset.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and committed to delivering results.
- Must be a strong team player, able to partner effectively with colleagues while also managing responsibilities independently.
- Proven time management skills with the ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Required to work on-site at our Vancouver, WA office. This position is not remote or hybrid.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Salary: $65,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
