AlphaTrust Advisors is hiring a Client Experience Specialist who loves taking care of people and creating memorable interactions. You may come from hospitality, concierge services, medical office administration, luxury retail, or another high touch service environment. Financial services experience is helpful but not required. What matters most is your ability to make people feel valued and supported.
This is not an entry level role. We are seeking someone with three to five years of professional experience in a client, patient, guest, customer, or member facing position.
What You Will Do
- Welcome and support people across all areas of our firm including wealth management, tax services, insurance, and legal support.
- Serve as the first point of contact by phone, email, and in person.
- Create warm, professional, and organized experiences that make people feel cared for.
- Practice unreasonable hospitality by finding thoughtful and unexpected ways to elevate the experience.
- Guide new clients, patients, or guests through onboarding steps.
- Prepare meeting materials, coordinate scheduling, and manage follow ups.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all service items are completed with precision.
- Support advisors across multiple departments with communication and service needs.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You have three to five years of experience serving people directly, in-person. This includes live face-to-face (not virtual) interaction with clients, patients, guests, customers, or members.
- You are warm, approachable, and genuine.
- You have excellent attention to detail and strong follow through.
- You enjoy anticipating needs and creating smooth, elevated experiences.
- You enjoy problem solving, researching, and creating processes.
- You communicate clearly and professionally by phone, email, and in person.
- You thrive in a role with many moving pieces and enjoy supporting a high performing team.
- Experience with financial services or Charles Schwab is helpful but not required.

Compensation
$52,000 to $67,000 per year, depending on experience
