Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is as passionate about client success as we are, who enjoys building relationships, and is proactive in their work. A strong candidate would be someone who is curious, self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities would include
1. Establishing and fostering relationships with the firm’s clients as the first line of contact and working with advisors and helping clients in person, on the phone, over email, and in video conferences
2. Assisting the financial advisors with all aspects of managing client accounts, including investments and financial plans
3. Opening new accounts and servicing new and existing accounts
4. Scheduling client-advisor meetings and aiding the advisor in preparation for those meetings
5. Maintaining a detail-oriented and compliant data filing system
6. Providing the first line of client contact through phone calls, email responses, and in-person interactions
Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience in a financial planning, financial consulting, or insurance office. The ideal candidate would have:
1. A Bachelor’s Degree
2. A minimum of 2-4 years of proven success in an administrative support function in a financial services setting
3. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) in addition to familiarity with Salesforce CRM
4. Ability to work independently, including the ability to establish and communicate priorities and progress when handling multiple requests concurrently
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills
6. Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability
7. Ability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
Opportunities for Growth
With this role comes the opportunity to grow inside and with Caldwell Advisors. Depending on interests, skillsets, and alignment, this role has the option to follow the promotion track into a Client Services Manager, who would oversee and help train other Client Service Associates, or to follow the track into becoming a Paraplanner and eventually Financial Planner/Advisor.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 per year (not including potential for bonuses)
