Our client is a growing financial advisory firm and Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) custodied through Charles Schwab. They pride themselves on providing a high-touch member experience and running a well-organized, process-driven office. They use Redtail CRM to keep everything on track.
The Role
They’re hiring a full-time, in-office Client Service Associate who is comfortable being both member-facing and behind-the-scenes. You’ll help keep the day-to-day running smoothly, supporting advisors, coordinating member service needs, and ensuring our workflows and records are accurate and up to date.
What You’ll Do (Client-Facing + Back Office)
- Greet and assist clients by phone, email, and in person with a warm, professional presence
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, send confirmations, and coordinate follow-ups
- Prepare for client meetings (agendas, paperwork checklists, notes, and next steps)
- Maintain clean, detailed client records and activity notes in Redtail CRM
- Support client onboarding and ongoing account service (forms, updates, document collection, e-signatures)
- Coordinate Schwab custodial paperwork and service requests (training provided as needed)
- Track tasks and deadlines, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Help improve and follow office processes, templates, and checklists
- Assist with general office operations and special projects (mailings, reports, spreadsheets, event support)

- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (experience with Redtail and Schwab is a plus)

- Team player who takes initiative and follows through
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in an RIA, broker-dealer, bank, or professional services office
- Familiarity with Charles Schwab custodial workflows or account service
- Experience with e-signature tools and document workflows
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation based on experience: 80k to 100k
