Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Wealth Management Associate to support our advisory team and deliver a high-quality client experience. This role is ideal for an early-to-mid career professional looking to continue building a strong foundation in wealth management, client service, and investment operations within a boutique, high-touch advisory firm.
The Senior Wealth Management Associate works closely with Financial Advisors and senior team members to support a book of high-net-worth and institutional clients by ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism across all client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Service & Support
- Assist with client service requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Support client communications related to account activity, paperwork, and service needs
- Help educate clients on firm services, processes, and account-related matters
- Escalate complex issues to advisors or senior team members as appropriate
Account & Operational Support
- Assist with account openings, maintenance, transfers, and money movement requests
- Prepare, process, and track client documentation with a high level of accuracy
- Follow-up on outstanding client and advisor requests to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with custodians and third-party providers on service items
- Provide operational and administrative support to the advisory team
Compliance & Team Collaboration
- Follow firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to support firm-wide goals and initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-5 years of experience in financial services, client service, or a related professional role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Client-focused mindset with professionalism and emotional intelligence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Series 65 license or willingness to obtain
- Familiarity with CRM systems, custodial platforms and financial services workflows
- Interest in building a long-term career in wealth management
