About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, detail‑oriented Experienced Financial Services Associate to support our advisory team and deliver outstanding client experience. This role blends client service, account administration, trading/operations support, and office coordination within a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of financial services experience, is securities‑licensed (preferred) or pursuing licensing, and is committed to building a long‑term career in wealth management.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Communication
- Serve as one of the primary office contacts for client inquiries, requests, and problem resolution.
- Answer and direct incoming calls; professionally handle client communications.
- Schedule client meetings and maintain advisor calendars.
- Deliver exceptional service with an energetic, upbeat, client‑focused approach.
Account Administration & Operations
- Open, update, and maintain client accounts; process account transfers, contributions, withdrawals, and beneficiary/address changes.
- Prepare and process investment paperwork and application packets for new accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of new account applications, transfers, and service requests.
- Document all activities in CRM (Wealthbox).
- Maintain organized and compliant client files (digital and physical).
Meeting & Advisor Support
- Assist in meeting prep: compile reports, prepare agendas, ensure application paperwork is complete, and confirm appointments.
- Enter post‑meeting notes into CRM and follow through on action items.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of financial services / securities / insurance industry client service experience.
- Securities license preferred (Series 7, 63/65, or 66). Candidates interested in pursuing licensing will be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong client service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and ability to learn new technology systems quickly.
- Experience completing investment paperwork and servicing accounts.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Wealthbox, Orion, eMoney/WealthVision, or similar industry applications.
- Experience processing investment, insurance, or broker/dealer paperwork.
- Experience supporting a small, close‑knit team with a collaborative culture.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $60,000–$80,000 annually. Compensation within this range will be based on relevant experience, professional licensing, and certifications.
