Our client is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Associate Private Wealth Advisor to join their firm.
The ideal candidate will assist Lead Advisors in delivering high-quality, comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services to clients. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent client service abilities, and a deep understanding of financial planning concepts. Specific responsibilities may include some or all of the duties outlined in the Associate Financial Representative (Registered) job description, as well as:
Support
• Handle client notes and correspondence, maintaining client files and filing performance reports, account forms and other advisory paperwork
• Assist in maintaining advisor’s calendars, scheduling, and attending follow-up appointments
• Responding to account inquiries
• Monitoring industry trends and research
• Ensuring compliance requirements are implemented and followed
Case Preparation and Follow Up
• Gathering information for advisor meetings with clients and prospects
• Preparing annual review information
• Preparing and modifying investment/advisory proposals
• Preparing letter of instruction for client signature
• Coordination with team for preparation and processing of new accounts and servicing paperwork
• Processing proposal amendments, monitoring alerts, and annual reviews Client Meetings
• Meeting with advisory clients for fact finding and conducting existing advisory client reviews
• Participating in client meetings for financial or investment plan development or presentation
Client Service
• Corresponding with clients to handle advisory related service issues
• Contacting clients on behalf of the advisor for developing advisory plan and providing technical explanations of investment plan
• Explaining advisory products or advisory performance to existing clients
• Providing services and administering advisory products
• Accepting redemptions/withdrawals from clients and communicating instructions to office
• Discussing tax consequences, costs, and advisory fees
•Maintaining daily follow up system for account reviews and service requirements
• Running performance reports in Envestnet and Morningstar
Qualifications:
• Series 7, 63 and Pennsylvania Insurance License
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong critical thinking, financial analysis and problem-solving skills required
• Ability to manage multiple diverse projects and assignments in a timely and quality manner
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relationships with clients
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to embrace change and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality and diplomacy, while adhering to regulatory and company compliance requirements
Location: 4 days in KOP office
Salary: 75-95k
