Our client is an independent, fee-only Registered Investment Advisor serving individuals, families, and business owners, with thoughtful, holistic wealth management. They are a team that believes financial advice is deeply personal — shaped as much by a client’s values, life story, and aspirations as by the numbers and the investment strategies. Their purpose is to illuminate with clarity and peace of mind people’s money and life decisions. They care more about maximizing Return on Life than return on investments. They help clients reimagine life’s defining financial moments, together. They are growing, and we are looking for a Senior Wealth Advisor who shares their commitment to doing great work, growing personally and professionally, and helping the people around them get better too.
The Role
As a Senior Wealth Advisor, your service-oriented nature, relational intelligence, advanced planning experience, and impeccable attention to detail are key in this position. You lead the client experience end-to-end — from discovery and planning through ongoing advice — while partnering with a supportive team of Client Advisors and operational staff to deliver an integrated wealth experience. You also have a growth mindset and aspire to grow your network and the client base to play a pivotal role in growing the firm by building referral relationships, activating client referral strategies, supporting marketing initiatives, and mentoring fellow advisors. This role is ideal for an experienced advisor who views financial planning as more than a technical exercise — someone genuinely curious about life planning, integrative wealth approaches, behavioral finance, and the psychology behind how clients make decisions.
In This Role, You Will
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned client relationships, building deep trust over time that creates clients for life.
• Lead discovery conversations, annual reviews, and planning meetings with clarity and warmth.
• Develop and deliver tailored financial plans covering retirement, investments, tax, estate, insurance, and cash flow.
• Approve investment strategy and Investment Policy Statements (IPS) recommendations for clients. Oversee trade execution and monitoring of portfolios together with our investment team, consistent with the firm’s investment philosophy.
• Work alongside a collaborative team — Client Advisors, Associates, and Operations — to deliver a seamless, integrated client experience.
• Mentor and develop Client Advisors and Associates, review their work product, and help raise the bar for the whole team.
• Contribute to the firm’s growth initiatives through prospecting, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Invest in your own learning and professional growth — and share what you learn with the team. Key
