We are seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor - Relationship Manager to build and deepen trusted client relationships through comprehensive, goals-based financial guidance. This role is ideal for a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) professional with 5–10 years of experience working directly with clients in wealth management, financial planning, or advisory services. The successful candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, helping them navigate investment, retirement, estate, and broader wealth planning needs while delivering a high-touch client experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a portfolio of client relationships through proactive outreach, periodic reviews, and personalized service.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans tailored to each client’s goals, risk tolerance, time horizon, and life stage.
- Provide guidance across investment planning, retirement income strategies, estate and tax considerations, and cash flow management.
- Partner with internal specialists and external professionals, such as tax and estate planning advisors, to deliver coordinated solutions.
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand assets under management through thoughtful, needs-based recommendations.
- Monitor market and economic trends and communicate relevant insights to clients in a clear, actionable way.
- Maintain accurate client records, document planning recommendations, and ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support business development efforts through referrals, networking, and participation in client and community events.
SKILLS
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Proficient with advisory platforms including financial planning software such as Money Guide or E-Money.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards applicable to advisory relationships.
- Strong consultative approach, with a focus on trust, responsiveness, and long-term partnership.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thrives in a team environment to provide exceptional client experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred or other industry designation such as JD, CPA, CTFA.
- 5–10 years of experience working directly with clients in wealth management, private banking, financial planning, or advisory services.
- Demonstrated ability to build, retain, and grow long-term client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, investment strategies, retirement planning, and wealth transfer concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial topics clearly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field required.
