Role Description The Sr. Registered Client Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Boulder, CO, supporting financial advisors in delivering exceptional service to clients. This role manages day-to-day client interactions, responds to inquiries, and coordinates account-related activities, including opening new accounts, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. The Sr. Registered Client Associate prepares client reports and meeting materials, assists with portfolio and financial data review, and ensures compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements. The position also helps with service follow-up, supports sales and business development efforts, and collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong client services skills with a focus on building trust, handling inquiries professionally, and delivering a high-quality client experience.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear written communication, confident phone presence, and effective collaboration with advisors and internal teams.
- Solid analytical skills to review account information, interpret financial data, and support advisors in preparing client materials and reports.
- Knowledge of finance and investment concepts, with experience working in a brokerage, advisory, or wealth management environment preferred.
- Comfort with sales support activities, including assisting with prospect follow-up, preparing materials for meetings, and contributing to client retention efforts.
- FINRA registration (e.g., Series 7 and 63 or equivalents) or the ability to obtain required licenses within a designated timeframe.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, portfolio or account management platforms, and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
