The Senior Financial Planner Opportunity
You'll play a central role in building, maintaining, and executing tailored financial plans that bring our clients' goals to life. You'll be hands-on in both the planning and client service work that defines an exceptional client experience, partnering with a team that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and outcomes that truly matter. Salary is $90K-$125K plus bonus and strong benefits.
Senior Financial Planner Responsibilities
- Build the plan. Collect, organize, and analyze client data in eMoney to develop and continuously refine personalized financial plans.
- Deliver exceptional service. Prepare and process client paperwork with precision, ensuring every detail is handled with care.
- Own the client experience. Coordinate and schedule client meetings, making sure materials and planning items are fully prepared in advance.
- Drive meetings forward. Prepare for and actively participate in client meetings, capturing action items and seeing them through to completion.
- Collaborate with the full advisory team. Partner with CPAs, attorneys, insurance specialists, and other professionals to keep every aspect of the client's plan aligned and coordinated.
- Keep growing. Pursue ongoing education to deepen your planning expertise, sharpen your technical skills, and advance your career.
Senior Financial Planner Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, client relations, or operational support
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field preferred
- CFP designation required
- Series 65 licensure preferred
- Working knowledge of the RIA space
- A commitment to ongoing growth through additional financial planning credentials
