The Role
We are seeking an experienced wealth management professional to join our team as a Director. In this role, you will lead key client relationships, manage strategic aspects of our advisory practice, and serve as a bridge between clients and our investment and operations teams. This position is ideal for individuals with a proven track record of managing sophisticated client portfolios.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage and lead key client relationships by providing comprehensive investment guidance, portfolio analysis, trade execution, and account maintenance
• Conduct regular client meetings to provide comprehensive investment guidance, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations
• Develop and implement customized financial strategies and investment plans tailored to client objectives
• Identify client needs, anticipate market opportunities, and proactively communicate portfolio recommendations
• Participate in client meetings to provide investment guidance, occasionally meeting with clients independently
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client servicing needs
• Research and resolve client inquiries, manage followup communication, and conduct quarterly performance reviews
Qualifications
• 7 – 10+ years of wealth management or investment advisory experience
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Critical thinking skills with the ability to anticipate client needs
• Comprehensive knowledge of advisory operations (account management, custodial platforms, proposal generation)
• Proven relationship-building and interpersonal skills with clients, colleagues, and external partners
• Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
• Experience with Wealthbox CRM is a plus
• Strong investment knowledge with exposure to alternative assets
• Experience with Fidelity Investments or Schwab Institutional custodial platform is a plus
• Experience with Addepar is a plus
• CFP, CAIA, CFA designation is a plus
• Series 65 or equivalent is required
• Bachelor’s degree required
Compensation
130-150k base
