Primary Purpose:
Deliver great client outcomes through detailed financial plans along with thoroughly researched and accurate investment management that follows the firm’s philosophy.
Duties Include:
• Manage all trades and delegate as necessary to maintain sharp skillsets among other licensed/registered representatives at the firm.
• Research, report on, and implement best solutions for serving clients with complex financial needs. Maintain a list of currently used as well as researched financial/tax planning solutions.
• Create appropriate financial plans for all clients as requested. This includes any additional communication needed with clients to gather missing information that might be needed.Input and update data periodically ahead of appointments and as needed.
• Conduct research and participate in investment committee meetings, ensuring key information and research data is provided to all team members.
• Assist Advisors and other staff of the firm with your high-level written communication skills. This skill includes and is not limited to newsletter creation, editing and expanding upon existing work from vendors, as well as writing up detailed research reports as called upon.
• Support advisors with all investment and financial plan related requests.
• Assist clients with investment questions or requests.
• Answer incoming calls if relationship manager is unavailable to ensure all calls are answered live during business hours. When answering the phone, use the call screening script.
• Respond to client questions and concerns via email, phone, and in-office. Ensure all communication is prompt. This includes answering emails and CRM notes in a timely manner. Follow the law by keeping complete records of communication.
• Analyze statements from clients and third-party companies and provide observations/feedback to advisors.
• Follow company standards of practice by keeping a well-organizedtask/appointment list in our CRM, and ensure deadlines are met as assigned.
• Thoroughly prepared for client appointments the Director of Investment Strategy is servicing advisor, which includes all agendas and pre-work necessary.
• Take the lead on assigned client relationships and provide service at the high standards expected by the firm
• Attend and participate in all client appreciation events.
• Adhere to all core firm values. This includes not just completing tasks. It means delivering a level of service that builds trust, confidence, and long-term relationships with client communication, ownership of duties, follow-through on activities, daily execution, preparation and professionalism, great team communication, and attention to detail.
