Client Service Associate
A well-established insurance and financial planning firm is seeking a personable and organized client service associate who can interact with clients and has an eye for details. They are a boutique financial planning firm who serve high net worth individuals, business owners, and professionals. Their office places a premium on teamwork and delivery of exceptional client service. The Client Service Associate supports the Advisor in all aspects of our business. If you are analytical, a self-starter who puts a premium on accuracy, follows-up on details, you would be a fit for this role. Initiative, quality and loyalty will be rewarded.
Major responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Mailings
- Client reception and service
- Managing calendars and appointments
- Tracking logs
- Licensing
- Filing
- Phone Coverage
- Prepare monthly reports for management review
- Keep client information updated accurately on our internal database
- Other general administrative duties, as assigned
Required Skills:
- Degree required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Have the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and typing
- Superior attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and “think ahead”
- Must be highly communicative, organized, friendly, and enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Strong ethical standards in working with confidential client information
Hours: Full time Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
Salary: 65-75k
