Position Summary:
A rapidly growing independent investment advisory seeks a vibrant, energetic candidate to join a team of professionals servicing our institutional retirement plan clients.
The Client Services Associate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative support functions, as well as providing superior customer service support to our expanding and diverse client base. This position requires the ability to prioritize workflow and handle multiple projects, perform tasks and seek resolutions to questions/issues as they arise with limited supervision, organizational skills, and an eagerness to learn.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Research and compile information needed for client meetings, including creation of presentations and findings
- Research and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Act as a liaison between various service providers and our clients
- Complete necessary follow-ups in a professional and timely manner
- Perform a variety of operational support activities to assist the advisers, such as answering phones, maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings and events
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in financial services preferred, but not required
- Securities licenses and/or industry designations preferred, but not required
- Licensing to occur within 6 months of employment
- Excellent computing skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
- General knowledge of financial industry products and concepts preferred
- Possess a high standard of ethics and integrity

- Ability to prioritize and complete work efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
