Client Service Associate
Rapidly growing firm with advancement opportunity!
We are looking for a Client Service Associate responsible for supporting the execution administrative tasks for the firm. This individual assists in the onboarding process for clients and assists supporting advisors in selling and servicing client relationships. This individual will provide client service, data entry and account maintenance support for the team. As part of the team, this individual supports the philosophy, principles, and practices of the firm.
Role Overview
- Act as first line of communication with clients via telephone or email.
- Process service requests including fund disbursements and account transfers.
- Act as a liaison for service needs between home office, advisors and team, and clients.
- File and log appropriate correspondence and forms.
- Correspond with clients in a professional manner while gathering information.
- Coordinate paperwork for transfers from outside firms.
- Actively participate in team meetings to positively impact the productivity of the firm.
- Maintain and ensure compliance in all actions taken through role.
Qualifications
- Some experience in wealth management, financial planning or related fields.
- Ability to communicate with clients using empathy and care.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, and flexibility and adaptability to move with changes in client situations.
