Client Service Associate
Position Summary:
The Client Service Associate supports the Financial Advisor by building and maintaining client relationships through a variety of tasks including, but not limited to account opening, account maintenance, gathering statements, completing documentation, as well as preparing materials for client meetings. Actively engaged in Risk Management, including Know Your Customer procedures, Account Reviews, and proper operational procedures and compliance requirements (e.g., completion of required operational forms and documentation). Facilitates accurate and timely account set up, money movement and investment trades. Strong technology skills are a must.
Position Characteristics:
The CSA is detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They possess the ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment with heavy phone based client interaction. Building and maintaining superior client relationships and excelling at client service are critical skills.

6. Ability to support multiple Advisors
7. Strong understanding of firm and industry compliance policies
8. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (word, outlook, excel), CRM and DocuSign.
9. Series 65 or 66 license preferred but not required
Location: Hybrid- 4x1 schedule
Salary: 75-80k
