We are actively hiring for a Client Services Specialist with financial or insurance industry experience. We are seeking an individual that regards the client’s experience as highly as we do, has a great work ethic, is timely, and deadline oriented. The duties of this role include all client service-related duties, from withdrawals, annual reviews, and changes to policies.

Position ResponsibilitiesAssist with new client applications.
Ensure that all company documents are organized.
Interface with carriers/custodians to service new and existing clients.
Communicate directly with carriers via calls and emails to assure paperwork and funds are transferring within the required timeline.
Communicate status updates to clients.
Ensure that the transaction timeline is executed in accordance with the client’s expectations.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree is preferred, not required.
Health and Life License, any Securities License or the ability to obtain one within a short time frame, is a plus
General understanding of financial industry related terms and rules (i.e., Annuities, IRA/RMD, Rollovers, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Possesses a passion to help a team and clients.
2+ Years experience in the financial services industry
