Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Entry Level Financial Advisor located in Charlotte, NC, with the flexibility for some work from home. The Financial Advisor will be responsible for financial planning, retirement planning, investment management, and providing comprehensive financial advisory services on a day-to-day basis.

This Entry-Level role may be applicable for a recent graduate of a CFP program as part of a degree or as part of a career endeavor outside of a 4 year degree program.

If the candidate has some related work experience, the ideal candidate will have 1-3 years experience working at a large financial institution, with a securities license, and ready to move into the next chapter of their career. This position will elevate the services being offered to clients and offer a long-term path to continued career success without requiring future job changes and realignments.

Training will be provided: sales, communication, financial planning, and teamwork in a solutions focused advisor Team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
