🔑 What You’ll Do

Be a primary point of contact for clients — answering questions, resolving issues, and managing account requests.

Handle new account paperwork, asset transfers, and updates with accuracy and care.
Work directly with custodians to ensure smooth and timely service.
Keep client data up-to-date and accurate.
Support the full team with administrative tasks that keep the business running smoothly.
Help us continue to deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience.

🧩 What You Bring

3+ years in a client service, admin, or operations role — ideally in financial services, banking, or a related field.

Familiarity with investment accounts and retirement planning terminology.
Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication — you enjoy talking to people and making them feel cared for.
A natural team player who brings a positive, client-first mindset to everything you do.
Experience with CRM software and workflow tools (or a willingness to learn).
High integrity and a desire to grow with a mission-driven firm.
