Position Overview

We are currently seeking a driven, motivated, and competitive individual to join our Thornton, CO office as a full-time Associate Financial Advisor. This is a growth-oriented role designed for someone ready to build a long-term career in financial advising.

You’ll work alongside experienced Senior Advisors, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of client service, financial planning, and investment strategy. Over time, you’ll be equipped to develop and manage your own client relationships within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct client meetings alongside Senior Advisors, capturing action items and follow-ups

· Serve as the main point of contact for Senior Advisors’ clients, managing inquiries and maintaining strong client relationships

· Once properly trained, perform reviews for smaller clients independently—and eventually begin managing those relationships directly

· Contribute to firm-wide initiatives, projects, and team development

· Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless and personalized client experience

Development & Licensing Support

· New hires are expected to grow into a Lead Advisor role and eventually Senior Financial Advisor role over time

· Receive hands-on training, including shadowing experienced advisors, role-playing, continuing education, and marketing/sales support

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college

· Series 7 and Series 66 licenses are required

· A strong self-starter mentality, driven and motivated to grow

· A competitive mindset and passion for helping others succeed financially

· At least two years of successful sales and client service experience

· High Emotional Competency

· Comfortable meeting with clients in person, over the phone and via Microsoft Teams

· Team player, able to contribute and work in a team environment

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Highly organized and adaptable to a dynamic work environment

· Comfortable with consultative sales and relationship-building

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Location: Thornton, CO or Albuquerque, NM (In-person)

Relocation: Must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting
