Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare client meeting agendas, gather client data, and prepare reports
Attend and take notes during client meetings
Document, track, and execute client meeting tasks, including follow-up with client
Maintain records in our CRM (Redtail) and portfolio management software
Enter client data into MoneyGuide platform and build preliminary plans under the guidance of the advisors
Provide support to the advisors and clients as needed
Assist where needed – we are a small team, we cross-train, and we all wear multiple hats

Qualifications

3-8 years of experience in financial planning/investment management
Experience using Money Guide Pro/eMoney and/or Redtail CRM are a plus, but not required
Licenses - Not required at hire but must be willing to obtain Series 7 and Life & Health
“Client Service Plus” work style
Detail oriented and able to manage your own time and tasks
Problem solving and resourcefulness

The Process

Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15- to 30-minute zoom interview conducted by our consultant (the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates may be asked to take assessments.
