The Client Service Associate (CSA) role is an essential part of Marathon’s Private Wealth & Intermediary Platform team and tasked with preserving the operational efficiency of our organization. The Associate will partner with the Client Solutions & Business Development (CSBD) team to maintain a high level of service, facilitate the needs of our clients, and optimize the CSBD Team’s effectiveness with reporting and CRM management. It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $130,000 to $160,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.
