Client Relationship Advisor

Minimum Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in a service advisory or similar role
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Insurance licensing required
Series 65 required

This position requires you possess the following skills:

Strong follow-through

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business, providing exceptional client service and building trust
Conduct regular client meetings to review accounts, discuss strategies, and address financial goals
Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience
Maintain and update client records, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with industry regulations
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios and satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience

Salary:

$70,000 - $100,000

Benefits:

401k after 1 year
Medical, Dental, Vision - after 90 days
PTO

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm or 9am – 6pm
In office days are Tuesday-Thursday, Monday and Friday are remote
