Compensation & Benefits

• $95,000/year base salary

• Bonus opportunities bring total compensation to $110,000+

Role & Responsibilities:

Make sure property level scheduled tasks are being performed in a timely manner
Prepare monthly and quarterly lender financials
Oversee execution of property business plan and track KPIs
Communicate with property management side on things that need to be improved
Prepare annual budgets
Budget variance studies. Work with property management on cost controls.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (Finance/Accounting/Economics preferred)
3+ years of multifamily finance experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in supervisory role and managing staff
Experience in creating budgets, proformas, conducting rent/sales comps analysis
Proficient in any property management software
Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite
