Who we are looking for:

We are looking for an Associate Advisor who will be responsible for supporting HNW client meetings & relationships alongside the SR Lead Advisor. You will play a crucial role in supporting the SR Lead Advisor in preparing materials for meetings, analyzing financial data, developing financial plans & strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional relationship skills, a strong understanding of financial markets, strong organization & attention to detail, an ability to analyze financial data, and a proven track record in delivering excellent client service. This role has the potential to directly manage other firm clients as a Lead Advisor.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Life Accident & Health preferred

· Series 65

· CFP® designation preferred

· Exceptional organizational & communication skills [oral & written]

· Highly proactive, engaged & motivated to learn and continue professional development

· Polished presentation

· Excels in collaborative, team environment

· Adaptive to change

· Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and technology in general
