Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior In-House Financial Consultant to lead our virtual financial consultation division. This role involves conducting one-on-one consultations with pre-qualified individuals seeking guidance in areas such as:

Credit building & repair
First-time homeownership
Small business investment opportunities
Group investment funds & passive income strategies
Insurance, estate planning, and more

You’ll be responsible for:

Conducting thorough 30-minute virtual financial consultations.
Creating individualized financial roadmaps using our internal tools.
Recommending vetted financial products and services.
Referring clients to our network of trusted professionals.
Following up to track results and maximize client success.

Ideal Candidate:

Deep knowledge of financial wellness, credit, and investment fundamentals
Proven experience in financial services, consulting, or financial coaching
Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
Tech-savvy with the ability to use virtual meeting tools and CRM software
