Description:

The mission for the Client Service Associate is to deliver exceptional service to our clients. The role acts as a service liaison to existing and prospective clients ensuring the clients’ needs and expectations are met or exceeded. This is a part-time position that can grow into a full-time position.

The CSA role reports directly to Richard Rang, CFP

Responsibilities:

Initiates contact with clients to provide or obtain updated information.
Answers inbound client questions regarding accounts, firm policies, practices and services.
Schedules client and vendor meetings.
Processes new accounts, account transfers, and new contributions / redemptions.
Documents all client correspondence in the firm’s contact management system.
Prepares and processes all client invoices.
Handles miscellaneous service activities.

Outcomes:

All client work is 100% accurate before delivery.
Client and firm information are held strictly confidential and can be shared internally when appropriate in advancing clients’ goals and objectives.
All telephone calls and emails, both internal and external, are to be returned within two hours and never later than one workday.
Manager is notified of any issues to be resolved or deadlines that cannot be met with enough time to meet the deadline.
Provide staff assistance as requested and cover other areas of accountability and/or departments.
All internal and external communications are professional in tone and content and according to company policies and standards.
Learn and utilize all service delivery systems within 90 days.
