The Opportunity

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Wealth Planner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Wealth Advisors to deliver comprehensive wealth planning that helps clients achieve their goals. You’ll also support planning education and technology adoption across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Wealth Advisors to deliver tailored financial and wealth plans
Analyze and interpret financial documents (e.g., tax returns, estate plans, account statements)
Provide guidance on wealth, estate, tax, and retirement planning topics as the primary point of contact for advisors and their clients
Mentor and train advisors on planning strategies and eMoney planning software
Contribute to thought leadership through white papers and presentations
Maintain and enhance planning tools, calculators, and capital market assumptions

What We’re Looking For

CFP® certification is required
5–10+ years of client facing wealth planning experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, psychology, or related field
Wealth transfer and trust/fiduciary knowledge/experience within contact of HNW/UHNW clients; tax and estate knowledge highly preferred
Strong command of financial planning software, ideally eMoney, and Microsoft 365
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate highest level of client service, ethics and integrity.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to be the primary point of contact for advisors and their clients
Detail oriented with superior organizational skills combined with the ability to effectively navigate competing priorities.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
High integrity, discretion, and a client-first mindset
