Tellaro Wealth Management (TWM) seeks a Financial Representative (FR) to develop new business and cultivate client relationships. Based out of Northwestern Mutual’s Boston office, this is a unique opportunity to work in a highly successful, growth-oriented Wealth Management practice based in New England serving clients nationwide.

Role:

TWM FR’s spend their days acquiring clientele and delivering financial security to their clients through comprehensive financial planning processes. With help from industry-leading training, mentoring, and product offerings, FRs develop financial security for their clients via a planning process that integrates both risk and investment management products.

Responsibilities:

Build: Build a client base by growing relationships with your networks and developing knowledge of Northwestern Mutual financial products and market trends.
Educate: Educate yourself beyond initial training through sponsored licensing and credentials as well as ongoing mentorship and professional development.
Impact: Present clients with the opportunity to protect and prosper, then steward clients to action through expert perspective, influence, and recommendations. Utilize proprietary technology, reporting tools, and illustrations to educate clients on potential plans.
Develop: Develop and support your client’s well-being over time while you grow your business segment and hone your craft and expertise. Review and maintain client financial plans, continuing to provide optimal advice to TWM’s clients’ ongoing needs.

Results/Expectations:

FRs at TWM have clear performance targets that evolve as your training, client base and skills/credentials develop. During training and development phases, FRs can expect activity-based targets designed to support their successful development and integration. Fully trained and credentialed FRs are integral to the practice and can expect results and revenue-based performance targets.

Requirements:

Education, Licenses, Credentials

•Bachelor’s Degree

•Licenses (TWM Sponsored)

-Life, Accident, and Health license (required to start employment)

-SIE/6/63 (within 12 months)

-Series 7 (required for future growth)

•Additional Credentials: TWM sponsored when appropriate

Work Experience:

•Successful experience in consumer sales and service a significant plus

•Prior financial services experience beneficial but not required
