About the Role

As a Client Services Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and advisors. Your responsibilities will include handling day-to-day client requests such as money movement, beneficiary updates, and account transfers. You will also assist advisors with new account openings and the onboarding process to ensure a seamless client experience.

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Provide comprehensive back-office investment operations support to financial advisors and their clients through a Salesforce tasking system.
Facilitate the account opening process, including new account setup and annuity applications.
Process money movement requests, account transfer submissions, address changes, client distributions (including RMDs), and client contributions/deposits.
Manage and resolve general client service requests with accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with custodial partners, including Fidelity, to ensure seamless processing and issue resolution.
Assist with the preparation and submission of Alternative Investment subscription documents.
Partner with the trading and billing teams to ensure accounts are properly established and maintained in a timely manner.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and streamline workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000 (commensurate with experience)
