About the Role

As a Client Service Associate, you will play an essential role in delivering NorthRock’s Personal Office® experience. You will serve as a consistent and trusted point of contact for clients and their families, partnering closely with Advisors and internal teams to ensure seamless, proactive service. This is a high-visibility role where attention to detail, responsiveness, and communication are key.

What You Will Do

Provide high-touch service and timely support to clients and their families
Collaborate with Advisors and internal teams to execute financial planning, lifestyle, and administrative service requests
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce
Coordinate with clients’ external professionals (e.g., attorneys, accountants, custodians) to fulfill requests and resolve matters
Review and interpret client documentation to facilitate account updates and planning needs
Support custom projects and client service initiatives by tracking deliverables and managing timelines
Contribute to process improvement and the evolution of operational best practices
Apply new technologies introduced by the firm to enhance client experience and service efficiency
Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal data retention policies
Participate in firm-wide and departmental training to deepen technical expertise

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent relevant experience
2–5 years of professional experience, preferably in financial services, wealth management, or a related field
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple iOS mobile systems

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States
Background Check: Successful completion of a credit and criminal background check is required

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated base pay salary rate for this role is $64,000 - $91,000 per year. Base salaries are determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, depending on the role, many roles are eligible for variable pay such as bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives. Work Conditions

Physical Requirements: This role requires occasional physical activity such as lifting, moving, and setting up computer equipment (monitors, docking stations, desktops, etc.). Ability to lift up to 25 pounds may be necessary.
Repetitive Duties: The position involves extended periods of sitting and computer use, as well as repetitive tasks related to troubleshooting and data entry.
On-Site Presence: While much of the work is performed from a desk or workstation, occasional movement throughout the office is required to provide in-person technical support and attend meetings.
