Minimum Requirements:

FINRA Series 63, 65, or 66 licenses (already licensed candidates are preferred).
Call center or direct client facing experience in the wealth management industry
A strong desire to develop financial planning expertise and pursue long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with advisors to prepare financial plans, investment allocation models, insurance proposals, and client meeting presentations.
Research and compare current client solutions with new opportunities in the marketplace.
Maintain accurate and detailed client files.
Assist in client meetings and follow up with actionable steps.
Handle client service requests and inquiries, escalating when necessary.
Update CRM data, manage sales pipelines, and ensure accurate documentation.
Draft client correspondence, including letters and email communication.
