Financial Planning Group, LLC is seeking a highly skilled, full-time Investment Specialist to join our advanced financial planning firm. We are looking for an honest, hardworking, and organized professional who is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. This role involves working directly with all partners to support and enhance client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist existing clients with service needs and facilitate the onboarding process for new clients.
- Manage office files and documentation efficiently.
- Support financial planning workflow and processes.
- Collect and review current account balances and statements from clients.
- Prepare comprehensive client review reports.
- Address client and prospect inquiries, ensuring a high level of responsiveness.
- Stay up to date on all relevant technology tools and proactively implement enhancements that improve efficiency.
- Attend training seminars and provide relevant updates to the team.
- Manage advisor calendars effectively.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other client communications.
- Draft professional correspondence, including emails and letters.
Qualifications:
Strong alignment with firm values and a genuine interest in serving clients through advanced financial planning.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain complete confidentiality regarding clients’ financial affairs.
- Confident and comfortable in client interactions and industry discussions.
- Willingness to engage in professional development and obtain relevant industry licensing.
- Deep understanding of financial markets and economic trends.
- Experience with Envestnet or equivalent financial software.
- Working knowledge of eMoney is preferred.
- Required licenses: Series 6 or 7, and Series 65 or 66.
- Must pass a background check and fingerprinting requirements.
