Operations Manager

Experior Financial Group, Inc. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee our USA operations and contribute to the ongoing growth and efficiency of our company. In this role, you will manage and collaborate across various departments including Contracting, New Business, Commissions, and Broker Support. You will work closely with our Canadian operations to implement process improvements, lead key projects, and ensure the overall success of our operations within the USA division.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all operational tasks within the USA division.
• Stay current on industry best practices and take proactive steps to increase personal knowledge.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with co-workers and management.
• Supervise operational managers across departments including but not limited to: Contracting, New Business, Commissions, and Broker Support.
• Understand the functions of each department and contribute effectively across various areas.
• Collaborate with the CA Operations Manager to optimize operational efficiencies company-wide.
• Lead projects from planning to execution, ensuring clear tracking and reporting of metrics.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
• Provide updates to upper management on department performance and progress.
• Motivate, train, and inspire team members, offering support and guidance as needed.
• Monitor the team’s performance and conduct annual reviews, addressing performance issues when necessary.
• Hold weekly department meetings to review priorities and updates.
• Travel as required for meetings, conferences, and events in the USA and Canada.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management or leadership position with a proven track record of overseeing managers.
• Experience in operations within an IMO or carrier, with a solid understanding of life insurance products is required.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Contracting, Licensing, New Business, or Commissions is required.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience delegating and managing tasks to completion.
• Ability to deliver constructive feedback in a friendly, professional manner.
• Exceptional time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with technology and quick to learn new systems.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Must have a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
• Must reside and be authorized to work in USA.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a significant asset; willingness to learn is also valued.

Salary Range - $100,000 to $110,000 USD annually
The compensation range reflects a data-driven estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment. Individual pay may vary based on geographic location, job related skills, knowledge, experience, education etc.
