The Associate Advisor role is responsible for supporting clients by coordinating meeting preparation and facilitating post-meeting communication and workflows. An associate Advisor works closely with the Firm’s Lead Advisors to deliver and implement financial planning recommendations to clients.
Core Responsibilities
· Serve as the Service Manager for a subset of clients.
· Execute delivery of financial plans and case preparation for client meetings.
· Prepare the Relationship Manager for client meetings and opportunities.
· Serve as the focal point for coordinating workflow and service for clients and prospects.
Qualifications
· Required
o Bachelor’s degree with a major in finance, economics, accounts, financial planning or related field or equivalent experience.
o 1-5 years in the wealth management or investment management industry.
o FINRA Series 7 & 63/65 (or obtained within 120-days)
o Life & Health License (or obtained within 120-days)
o Working on CFP or CPWA designation.
