As a Financial Advisor (Servicing Advisor) at Loftin Wealth Partners, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality client service and fostering long-term relationships. This role focuses on managing ongoing client needs, conducting portfolio reviews, addressing financial planning inquiries, implementing investment strategies, and guiding clients through life transitions. You will also participate in financial seminars and events to educate clients and prospects, while collaborating with senior advisors and operational teams to ensure an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for client service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning Support
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of comprehensive financial plans in collaboration with senior advisors.
- Guide clients through complex decisions related to retirement, estate planning, and tax-efficient strategies.
- Understand each client’s goals to provide tailored financial recommendations.
2. Investment Implementation
- Execute and monitor investment strategies aligned with client objectives and firm guidelines.
- Educate clients on portfolio allocations, performance, and necessary adjustments.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of trades and account updates.
3. Client Education & Seminar Participation
- Present at seminars, educational events, and community programs to share insights and build relationships.
- Clearly explain financial concepts, investment strategies, and market updates.
- Develop educational materials to enhance client understanding of their financial plans.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, managing their financial planning and investment needs.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and proactively address changes in financial goals or market conditions.
5. Team Collaboration
- Partner with senior advisors and operations staff to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Share client insights and updates in team meetings.
- Support improvements to processes and service standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) required; CFP® preferred.
- Solid understanding of financial planning, investments, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with financial planning software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with eMoney, BlackDiamond, and Holistiplan is a plus.
