About the Role
The Client Experience Associate plays a vital role in delivering outstanding client experience and supporting our firm’s mission. This dynamic position provides the opportunity to engage with clients, support the advisory team, and make a meaningful impact every day. You will be responsible for providing exceptional client service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication with clients and financial institutions.
The role requires someone who is internally motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative. Strong communication skills, a natural ability to build relationships, and a passion for learning and personal development are essential. This position also provides valuable exposure to wealth management, communication, and analytical skills.
Compensation: $21 to $27 hourly
What You’ll Do
· Promptly address client inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, maintaining a warm and professional demeanor.
· Create a welcoming environment for clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
· Provide consistent, innovative solutions that exceed client expectations.
· Assist with day-to-day client service requests and proactively resolve issues or concerns.
· Coordinate calendars to ensure smooth scheduling of meetings and appointments.
· Enter and maintain accurate client data in firm systems.
· Support advisors with meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up.
· Handle administrative duties such as phones, mailings, filing, and processing forms.
· Assist with planning and hosting client events.
· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and firm policies.

Qualifications
· Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Comfortable making outbound calls and managing inbound calls.
· Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
· Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
