Client Service Associate

We are looking for a Client Service Associate who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused. This role supports Lead Advisors in onboarding new households and servicing existing client accounts. The Client Service Associate works closely with colleagues on the Service Team and often acts as a liaison between advisors, clients, and custodians.
Key Responsibilities
- Support advisor(s) with client service requests and respond promptly to client inquiries via email and phone.
- Process cashiering and money movement requests, including RMDs.
- Facilitate onboarding of new households, including account opening, funding, and trade setup.
- Follow up thoroughly on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution.
- Navigate the Schwab Advisor Portal to complete custodial processes efficiently.
- Proactively communicate client status and updates across relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate client information in CRM and reporting systems.
- Coordinate annual tax reporting and support completion of required documentation with CPAs.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, ideally with another RIA or broker-dealer.
- Series 65 license preferred (or willingness to pursue).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while balancing urgency and efficiency.
- A “no task is too small” attitude and willingness to help across the team.
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability.
- Familiarity with DocuSign, Salesforce, and Envestnet Tamarac preferred.
- Must be located in Bellevue or surrounding areas; this role is primarily in-office.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $55,000–$85,000 (depending on experience and licensure) plus annual bonus eligibility.
