What You'll Do:
Account Onboarding: Set up new accounts and perform ongoing maintenance within our portfolio management system to ensure the integrity of account and portfolio data.
Data Management: Update data in our reporting and portfolio management systems, including security classifications, cash reserves, price alerts, and margin values. Reconcile data, including trading activity and cost basis information.
Trading: Support the portfolio management team by modeling, communicating, and executing trades.
Liquidity Management: Responsible for monitoring daily capital flows, communicating transactions to advisors, making necessary portfolio adjustments, and tracking through completion.
Reporting: Support portfolio managers and wealth managers by reconciling performance questions and producing custom reports.
Investment Analysis: As a non-voting member of the Investment Committee, prepare for meetings and conduct general research and data analysis to support investment decisions.
Collaboration and Support: Assist team members with administrative and research projects, participate in process improvement teams, respond to task requests in a timely and accurate manner, and follow up to ensure completion.
What You'll Bring:

Professional Excellence: Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience working in an operationally driven environment. Trading, investment research, and/or wealth management experience are strongly preferred.
Credentials & Education: Four-year college degree in finance, accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution. CFA candidate a plus.
Flexibility: Adaptability to fast-paced environments, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and refine ambiguous processes.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in advanced Excel functionality required. Experience with Tamarac, Morningstar, Bloomberg, and trading platforms desired.
Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex processes and to tailor communication style to the situation at hand.

What We Offer:
Competitive Compensation: Base salary ($70,000 - $95,000) determined by experience and education, competitive with industry standards. Annual merit-based bonus potential based on individual and firm success. Benefits are competitive with industry standards.
