The Role
We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented professional to join our Client Service team. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Advisors to deliver comprehensive financial advice, integrating analysis, planning, and execution to support clients’ goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is known for strong communication, analytical thinking, and care through detail.
What You Will Do
- Partner with Advisors to prepare and deliver client-ready meeting materials
- Provide financial advice and support directly to clients in partnership with Advisors
- Develop and analyze customized financial plans using tools like eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or RightCapital
- Translate complex financial strategies into clear, actionable recommendations
- Manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional service and accuracy
- Support account openings, transfers, and document processing with compliance precision
- Ensure adherence to AML, SEC, and internal firm policies
- Collaborate with tax, estate, investment, and operations professionals to execute client strategies
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field preferred
- Series 65 or CFP® (or ability to obtain within 180 days of hire)
- 3–5 years of financial services experience, either advisor-support or client-facing
- Proficiency with financial planning software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex strategies clearly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance practices
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a credit and criminal background check is required
Compensation & Benefits
The estimated base salary range for this role is $75,000 – $101,000 per year. Base salaries are determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. Many roles are also eligible for variable pay such as bonuses, commissions, and/or long-term incentives.
