Pay Range: $65,500-$82,500

Job Summary:
Nova R Wealth is seeking a vibrant Client Service Associate who is motivated, professional, detail oriented and creative to join our team. This essential role provides critical administrative support to prospective and existing clients in coordination with other office staff. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate with team members in an open office environment, have professional etiquette across multiple communication platforms, as well as organize, manage, and track multiple tasks and assignments with detail, and be flexible to handle changing priorities and deadlines. Responsibilities:
- Reports to and collaborates with the Director of Client Service to provide a top-level service experience across many client relationships.
- First point of contact for clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Schedule clients for annual, bi-annual, and quarterly reviews and other meetings/ calls in person and virtually.
- Work independently and with team to support advisor and clients.
- Client account maintenance with custodian including opening, closing and making changes.
- Keep client information confidential and ensure documentation is current with firm and industry requirements, rules and regulations.
- Process and monitor the transfer of assets to ensure receipt and facilitate fund transfers at client request.
- Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets and other materials for client meetings.
- Create, document and maintain records, files, and activities in Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Assist with facilitating and attend client facing events outside of regular business hours 2-4 times per year.
- Actively participate in educational and professional development trainings, cross-trainings, and other opportunities to stay current on firm and industry policies and procedures.

Skills:
- Managed account platforms. Experience with Fidelity Wealthscape helpful.
- Financial markets, products and industry regulations.
- Industry terminology.
- Operation of standard office equipment

- Exceptional ability to multi-task, manage multiple and changing priorities.

- Provide high level, high-touch customer service.
- Comfortable working in a small open office environment that is calm, quiet and cooperative.
Qualifications and Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent General Education Degree Required.
- Minimum 3 years as a client service associate in a wealth management company.
- Experience with Fidelity as a custodian, preferred
- Proficient with CRM, Salesforce preferred
- Experience with Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom and/or Teams helpful
- Series 65 helpful, not required.
