Financial Services Support Associate
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Support Associate to provide critical support to financial professionals. This role ensures seamless execution of business development, operational processes, group benefits enrollments, and office management functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and adept at handling confidential client information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Administrative Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication between advisors and clients.
- Manage client data, schedule review meetings, and prepare necessary documentation for appointments.
- Maintain and document client interactions in the client management system.
- Process and follow up with clients regarding service requests.
New & Existing Business Processing
- Prepare and submit applications for new business, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Track and follow up on submitted business to ensure timely processing.
- Assist with data input, underwriting coordination, and documentation preparation.
- Ensure compliance requirements for product-specific applications.
- Manage and reorder forms, digital onboarding materials, and marketing assets as needed.
- Support Group Benefit enrollment and renewal periods.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- College degree or relevant work experience
- Advanced proficiency with computers, cloud-based applications, and digital file management systems
- Strong ability to automate, standardize workflows, and eliminate repetitive manual tasks
- Comfort working inside CRMs, online forms, e-signatures, and automated reporting tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- General knowledge of the financial services and insurance industry
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling client documents
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in a financial services or insurance support role
- Experience using workflow automation tools, form builders, or CRM automations
- History of improving efficiency through systems, templates, or integrations
- Familiarity with platforms such as:

- Salesforce
- Adobe Sign / DocuSign
- Box
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification
Compensation
- Competitive base salary (40k-60k)
